Entering the world of Blogging.

In anticipation of my upcoming company department meeting, being held in Chicago, I have set up this blog to keep track of the things that still need to be done.

Here’s what we still need:

1.     Complete department directory

2.     Complete meeting agenda/itinerary

3.     Distribute meeting materials/pre-reading submitted by speakers

4.     Send confirmations of hotel reservations and basic times for all three days.

5.     Send signage to hotel and Signature Room

What’s done:

1.     Hotel reservations

2.     Food selections –

a.     Hotel

b.     Signature room

c.      Lucky Strike

3.     Cake ordered

4.     Speaker gifts ordered/received

5.     Attendee gifts set up/ready for distribution

6.     Webcams established/AV needs ordered

7.     Name badges prepared.

We are gearing up and are looking forward to a great meeting.
